Welcome to the Big Horn County School District #3 website! My name is Mark Fritz and I am honored to serve as the Superintendent for Greybull Schools. While I was a high school principal here previously, this is my first year in the role of superintendent. It would be an understatement to mention that I am excited to be back in Buff Country again!
We will work hard to keep this website up-to-date so it can be a useful resource for you. It is our wish that the website will serve as a way for you to gain information, feel connected to what is happening in our schools, and be a place to find answers to your questions. Of special interest is our District Events calendar. The calendar now contains all district information on one calendar to increase efficiency and communication.
Greybull is comprised of three schools with 470 students district wide. Our community, located at the base of the Bighorn Mountains, offers a small school feel while still ensuring a high quality education, with a wide range of academic, vocational, and extracurricular opportunities. Our staff is incredible, including educators and support staff who are committed to ensuring that ALL students will learn. Finally, if you have seen our facilities you will notice that they are first class and meticulously maintained with pride!
