Greybull High School will be offering Driver's Education Classes beginning March 31st. Anyone interested in participating must sign-up by March 17th. Students must acquire a learners permit prior to the driving portion of the class. Older students may receive preference due to a limited class number. The cost of the class is $100.00 and checks can be made out to BOCES. Contact Mr. Sanford at the high school.

The Missoula Children's Theater production of "Alice In Wonderland" featuring children from our community will be held on February 8th in the high school auditorium with performances at 3:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. This is funded by the Greybull Arts Council and BOCES.

Recently the Northern Wyoming Regional Science Fair was held at the high school. Four of the students from the Science Research Class placed in their various catagories and we want to congratulate them! Those students were Grainger Russell, Gabriel VanderPloeg, Caden Thacker and Vanessa Vicencio.


Big Horn School District #3 will be sponsoring a Principal Candidate Open Forum and the public is invited. The purpose of the forum is to offer the public a chance to meet the candidates for the high school principal position and to submit their own questions for the candidates. The forum will be held on February 7, 2025 at the High School Auditorium at 7:00 p.m. We hope to see you there!

The Greybull High School Home Speech will take place on February 21st & 22nd! We are looking for judges for as many rounds as they would like to participate in! The meet will begin on February 21st at 2:30 p.m. and last until 8:30 p.m. On February 22nd, the meet will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end around 5:30 p.m. Food and beverages will be provided and volunteers can sign up for as many or as few rounds as they would like. America’s Field Trip Contest Information -
On July 4, 2025, America will commemorate the 205th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. In celebration of this historic milestone, Wyoming students in grades 3-12 are being encouraged to share what America means to them as part of the America’s Field Trip contest.
Winners will have the opportunity to earn field trip experiences to some of the nation's most iconic and historic landmarks. Contest applications will be accepted through 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

The Elementary Student Council is sponsoring a blanket fundraiser! These are extra large Greybull Buffalo throws that measure 60" x 80" and come in two different designs for $30.00 each.. Sales will go until February 5th and you can contact the Elementary School at 765-2311 to order yours!

The Elementary held their student assembly just before the holiday break and these kind and caring students were recognized for their quality of empathy. Congratulations to you all!

Upcoming English language learning opportunity!!! This class will help people learn basic English skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing to help in everyday situations.

What would the holidays be without Christmas programs! The Elementary will start off with their programs on Monday, December 9th and conclude with the second program on December 12th. If you have any questions, please give the Elementary School at call at 765-2311.

These well deserving Elementary Students were awarded certificates of achievement for the theme of "Gratitude" this month. Congratulations!

The Greybull Middle School 8th Grade Class took a field trip to the National Museum of Military Vehicles in Dubois, Wyoming. The museum contains more than 500 military vehicles and a has a significant firearms collection display, along with other artifacts.




The Elementary Student Council sponsored a food drive with all donations going to the Greybull Community Outreach Food Bank. Their goal was 500 items, but the total donated items reached 652!

Select members of the High School Student Council attended the Wyoming Association of Student Councils Convention in Riverton. Lucia Garcia was nominated for All State Student Council and Grainger Russell received the Hidden Hero Award. Julie Lopez, Fatima Chavez and Lucia Garcia presented a workshop on Homecoming. The group had a great time and came home with many good ideas.




Both Middle School and High School FFA students recently attended conferences in Casper.
Middle School students, Lyddia Rios-Munoz, Cruz Sorenson and Josey Whaley attended DISCOVERY. High School students Cord Edeler and Caiden Sorenson attended FIRE-Fellowship for International Revival and Evangelism. Shelby Hunt and Mataia Henderson attended CPC-Chapter Presidents Conference. Sponsor Michelle Arnett commented that the kids had a great time and enjoyed meeting FFA members from all over the state.




Art students made the trip to Billings, Montana this week to the Yellowstone Art Museum. YAM founders chose to focus on contemporary, avantgarde work originating in the northern Rockies region. The Museum collects art from all historic periods, emphasizing artists working in Montana and the American Northwest, who were part of the artistic vanguard of their time.




JK andKindergarten Class recently visited the Buffalo Bill Center of the West in Cody, Wyoming.
